About Us
Julieann Beads, are a family business based in the historic town of Shrewsbury nestling amongst the beautiful Shropshire hills. Founded in 2005, originally selling just our unique and distinctive glass bead jewellery, we are now one of the leading online retailers of designer bridal jewellery too. Our ready to wear collections include necklaces, earrings, bridal bracelets and brooches as well as wedding tiaras, headbands, combs plus bridal grips and pins. Every single piece of bridal jewellery is hand created using luxurious freshwater pearls with sparkling Swarovski crystals and diamante. Please note that we only sell our own jewellery designs and do not produce a printed catalogue.

We can customise any of the bridal designs to include coloured crystals from the Swarovski range or make on gold coloured wire and bands. We also offer a popular bridal bespoke designer service creating tailor-made wedding jewellery and bridal hair accessories for brides, bridesmaids, flower-girls and the mother of the bride. Every Julieann bride is unique and we work closely with our brides to ensure that Julieann bridal jewellery is one of the highlights of your special day.
An extensive collection of bridesmaid’s jewellery is also available offering designs for all ages, sizes and colourings.
Our jewellery arrives in beautiful ribbon wrapped gift boxes making it not only a lovely colour co-ordinated bridesmaid accessory but the perfect ready to go thank you present that will become a treasured keepsake. We also sell an extremely popular range of beautiful hand made crystal and pearl or all crystal wedding Horseshoes in a dazzling variety of bridal colours. These are perfect as a good luck bridal keepsake or for flower girls to carry at the wedding.
The extensive glass bead jewellery collection includes necklaces, bracelets and earrings in a dazzling array of wonderful colours and styles. The range also features limited edition and one off exclusive jewellery designs created using glass beads handmade by British glass artists; though these do tend to sell before even making it on our website! Commissions for our glass bead jewellery are always welcome and we would be happy to discuss your requirements for your important events and special occasions.
Our jewellery is regularly featured in leading bridal, lifestyle and fashion magazines and is exhibited at numerous local, regional and national events such as The National Wedding Show and NEC Festive Gift Fair. Selected work from our bridal and glass bead collections are also available from carefully chosen retail outlets and galleries.
Julieann Beads only use the best materials in our jewellery designs from carefully selected suppliers worldwide. Our findings (clasps etc) are either solid Sterling Silver or Silver or Gold plate. All findings comply with the EC Nickel Directive restricting nickel content.
However, Julieann Beads aren’t just about jewellery. We also write and publish related articles through our blog site and regularly feature as a guest on other blog and business sites too.
