Payment Security
Payment can be made using credit or debit cards online or via telephone via our Sage Pay MOTO facility. Alternatively you can pay via PayPal or by cheque.
When you place an order online (or via MOTO) you are transferred out of our site to a Secure Site operated by Sage Pay (previously called Protx). This is an encrypted (128 bit) secure online facility. All transactions take place over a secure server (via Secure Socket Layer or SSL). When you place an order, all card numbers and details are encrypted between yourself and Sage Pay. No banking details are ever held in clear text on any website. Julieann Beads are fully compliant with the relevant Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

When you place an order online, all card numbers and details are encrypted between yourself and our payment processing providers (Sage Pay or PayPal). No banking details are ever held in clear text on any website. Julieann Beads never have access to your card numbers or banking details.
We accept that some customers prefer not to enter card details online (despite all the safety precautions). As an alternative, you can telephone us with your order and we can accept payment via card over the phone or via cheque supported by your cheque card number. Your order will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared. Cheques should be made payable to Julieann Beads and sent to:
